Duty-free including sales tax, standard shipping for USA, For orders under $60 ,Shipping Cost 9.99 USD.

Free shipping on orders over 60 USD .

All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days, after the product is shipped, it usually takes 10-15business days to arrive.

Please note that shipping time does not include processing time.

The total time required to receive an order is processing time + shipping time Estimated 11-18 working days.

Please ensure you provide a detailed delivery address (street number is required). Otherwise our customer service team will notify you. This may delay shipping.

When your items are shipped out, you should receive notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, its okay. Contact us and we'll fix it!

Delivery Requirements
Please check the package carefully upon receipt. If you find any damage or missing, please contact us immediately and provide relevant proof within 24 hours.

If you haven't received your order within 30 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at service@tisselix.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

After-sales Service
If the product is damaged or missing due to transportation problems, we will provide refund services according to the specific circumstances. Please contact our customer service team in time.

All products offered are tax-free, including sales tax. This means that you will not be charged additional sales tax fees at the time of purchase.

If the package is refused, the recipient is responsible for any costs associated with the return. Refunds for refused international shipments will be issued after deducting the fees.
